A key focus is fostering strong customer relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless adoption of the platform. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in a customer-facing IT management or consulting role (B2B), strong project management skills, and fluency in both English and German. This position is crucial for ensuring high customer retention and contributing to scalable best practices within SAP LeanIX's Customer Success organization.
