Job Summary
This role at SAP involves leading a team to develop and enrich the SAP Knowledge Graph, a critical component for integrating state-of-the-art AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), with SAP's extensive business data. The manager will drive the design, development, and deployment of knowledge graph solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP's business objectives and addressing challenges like LLM hallucination and compliance. Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, mentoring multi-disciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers across various locations, and supporting team hiring and performance. This position offers the opportunity to spearhead complex AI projects and deliver distinctive generative AI solutions that provide significant value to customers.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or other relevant disciplines; PhD degree is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience with a deep understanding of enterprise business processes and systems
- Vast experience in AI and Knowledge Graph (KG) projects with proven technical skills in the RDF knowledge graph stack
- Experience in project and people management, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing AI and multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven track record of exemplary leadership and strategic mindset
- History of understanding customer needs and translating to technical capabilities
- Extensive experience with structured data and relevant use cases
- Experience in driving development, evaluation and implementation of KG-based solutions
- Proven track record of spearheading complex AI projects
