Job Summary

As Deputy Project Lead for Land Cables, you will play a crucial role in realizing the land cable sub-projects for the LanWin5 grid connection systems, significantly contributing to the energy transition. Your primary goal is to plan, implement, and successfully complete land cable projects with a partner, ensuring safety, budget, quality, and timelines are met, ultimately achieving stakeholder satisfaction. You will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, manage interfaces with stakeholders, collaborate closely with general contractors, and integrate technical specialists and permitting processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with permits, regulations, and contractual agreements, managing project documentation, schedules, risks, and opportunities. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project control and PM tools.
