Job Summary

This role involves working as a Testing Assistant for Control and Safety Technology (LST), primarily supporting the commissioning of rail control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include closely coordinating with the commissioning engineer, performing measurements and conformity checks on LST outdoor installations, and ensuring their correct functionality. A key task is identifying and reliably documenting visual and mechanical defects in external elements, followed by independently and professionally troubleshooting and repairing faults in components or cable systems. Candidates must have successfully completed a minimum two-year electro-technical education and demonstrate a conscientious, structured, and solution-oriented work ethic. Routine handling of PCs and network components is required. This permanent, full-time position requires high travel readiness to perform commissioning tasks at customer sites, offering a challenging environment in safety-critical industries.
