This role involves supporting the Building Management division of the City of Bocholt, focusing heavily on financial planning, control, and reporting for municipal properties. The specialist will be responsible for preparing the business plan, ensuring reliable budget control, and coordinating construction investment controlling. Key day-to-day tasks include creating precise quarterly controlling reports to support strategic decisions, preparing rent calculations and statements, and conducting profitability analyses using strong analytical skills. Furthermore, the role assists in preparing the annual financial statements, acts as the primary contact for the Finance department regarding consolidated financial statements, and manages the application and settlement of grants. Ideal candidates possess a background in business administration or public management, coupled with solid expertise in public sector budgeting and accounting (NKF/HGB), and proficiency in MS Office. Required Skills

Education

Civil service qualification for the first entry level of career group 2 (LG 2.1), or successful completion of Administrative Course II (VL II), or a university/college degree in Business Administration, Public Management, or comparable qualification.
