Job Summary
This role seeks an IT Technician to ensure the smooth, continuous operation of a diverse system landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling 1st and 2nd Level Support tickets, resolving disruptions according to SLAs, and managing customer inquiries received via phone, email, or in-person at the service desk. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining asset data, supporting various IT projects, and proactively optimizing operational processes and structures. The ideal candidate possesses good knowledge of Windows and Office environments, advanced standard hardware knowledge, and preferably has experience in telephone-based support. Essential requirements include a Class B driver's license and strong communication skills, with a preference for candidates residing in the South Hamburg area, which constitutes the primary customer territory. This position offers an unlimited contract and excellent opportunities for professional growth.
