Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support, handling disruptions related to both software and hardware via ticketing systems and email. Key daily tasks include prioritizing, classifying, and documenting incidents, conducting fault analysis, and delivering initial solutions either remotely or through onsite support. The specialist is also responsible for managing the IT hardware lifecycle, including setup, dismantling, and relocation, alongside maintaining accurate asset data and knowledge bases. Candidates must possess completed IT training or equivalent qualifications, proven professional experience in support roles, and strong familiarity with Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, and remote tools.
