Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on System Integration within an internationally active aluminum foundry, part of the Grohmann Group. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring the seamless collaboration between production and administration by maintaining and developing the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include guaranteeing system availability, diagnosing and resolving IT disruptions, and managing the installation, configuration, and optimization of servers, clients, and applications. A key part of the job involves driving IT projects and continuously improving existing IT systems and processes. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, strong experience with Windows Server administration, network technologies (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN), and proficiency in VMware virtualization solutions. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, alongside a structured, reliable, and analytical approach to work.
