Job Summary

This role involves working as a Field Service Technician, primarily responsible for software integration, functional testing, and acceptance of complex electrical and mechanical assemblies and systems nationwide in Germany. Key daily tasks include preparing and executing service assignments, coordinating subcontractors, and managing documentation such as training concepts, service manuals, and protocols required for handovers and invoicing. The successful candidate will independently troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults on customer sites, maintain complex database applications, and support the development team during the design phase. This position requires a technical background in electrical engineering or IT, proficiency in software and hardware integration, and a high willingness to travel (approx. 80%) within Germany. This is a crucial role supporting the continuous development of reliable, future-oriented products by providing valuable field feedback.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical training in Electrical Engineering or IT, preferably with additional qualifications or comparable.

Experience

  • Professional experience in software and hardware integration
  • Experience handling hazardous materials and protective equipment
  • Experience with military technology products (advantageous)
