Job Summary

This role involves diving into the world of highly modern, networked land systems, ensuring that products meet the highest quality and performance standards. The Quality Manager Testing will be responsible for leading and coordinating system testers, executing and documenting system and acceptance tests for complex products such as soldier, command, and mission systems. Key duties include creating test specifications, supporting developers in fault analysis, and designing, building, and evaluating automated tests. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in test development, automation, and documentation. This position requires foundational knowledge in requirements management, quality assurance, and system development, along with a willingness to travel globally for field tests and trials.
