Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Compliance Specialist to manage critical regulatory processes within a manufacturing environment, likely focused on pharmaceuticals. Day-to-day responsibilities involve processing and coordinating cross-departmental Change Controls and Material Qualifications for packaging and disposables. A core function is acting as the primary communicator and decision-maker during internal and external audits, inspections, and supplier inquiries, requiring proficiency in both German and English. Furthermore, the specialist coordinates the creation and processing of cross-functional regulations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and deviations. Key requirements include strong GMP knowledge, organizational talent, and a precise, proactive work ethic. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 2-3 days of remote work after the initial on-site training period in Biberach an der Riß.

Required Skills

Education

Completed Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology) OR Master's degree in a relevant field OR relevant vocational training with extensive professional experience.

Experience

  • First professional experience (if Bachelor's degree) OR long-term professional experience (if vocational training)
  • Professional experience in the manufacturing of sterile medicinal products (highly advantageous/implied)
