Job Summary

This is a key full-time, permanent role as a Senior Process Consultant within the Cell Culture division of a major pharmaceutical client in Biberach an der Riß. You will be responsible for coordinating work packages, driving process optimization, and advancing the GMP status of operations. A core part of the job involves designing and implementing sophisticated solutions, providing production support, and offering technical leadership while strictly ensuring cGMP compliance, quality, and work safety standards are met. Furthermore, you will actively participate in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and the rigorous analysis of process data, including generating charts and interpreting results. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to planning and executing expert activities for technical projects, conducting independent error and risk analyses, and supporting the implementation of new technologies and processes. Candidates must possess a degree in Biopharmacy or a related field and substantial experience working with large-scale manufacturing facilities in a GMP-regulated environment.
