Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to drive process and system improvements within the global development division of a major pharmaceutical client in Biberach an der Riß. The core focus involves analyzing business processes and requirements related to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP processes, specifically within DS or DP outsourcing. Day-to-day tasks include developing and enhancing globally utilized systems, supporting implementation projects, and ensuring data quality (FAIR Data). The analyst will also provide expert global support for SAP and MES systems. Key qualifications include a degree or vocational training with extensive professional experience, strong expertise in MES (specifically PAS-X by Körber as an MBR Designer), and excellent SAP skills for data management. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, alongside excellent communication and customer-centricity. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing 1-2 remote days per week after initial on-site training.
