Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Clinic Director in all business, organizational, and administrative matters within the Ophthalmology Clinic. The Manager acts as the primary contact for various business units concerning controlling, finance, procurement, IT, and quality management. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, calculation, creating business plans, managing the investment budget, and overseeing large equipment procurement. A significant part of the job involves maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 ff), preparing for audits, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Business Administration or Health Management and possesses demonstrable professional experience in comparable administrative and financial roles, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting. This is a demanding and varied position offering the opportunity for interdisciplinary collaboration within a major university hospital in Munich.
