This role is for an IT Support Specialist focusing on 1st and 2nd level remote and on-site support. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing, classifying, and documenting IT incidents within a ticketing system, performing initial troubleshooting, and resolving issues for Windows 11, Android, and iOS environments. Key responsibilities also include hardware setup/dismantling, assisting with office relocations, and contributing to ongoing IT projects and process optimization.
