Job Summary

This role involves the end-to-end management of software applications within a growing, international company. The IT Application Manager is responsible for independently defining and gathering software requirements, selecting appropriate IT solutions, and developing processes for testing and implementation. Day-to-day tasks include providing comprehensive consulting to specialized departments, managing interdisciplinary IT projects, and collaborating on backup concepts with Infrastructure and IT Security teams. A key focus is monitoring processes for performance, stability, and availability, alongside creating documentation and conducting internal training. Candidates must have a background in IT (degree or relevant apprenticeship) and professional experience in application or service management, coupled with fluent German and good English skills, strong communication, and a holistic, independent working style.
