This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to manage the Besigheim branch office, focusing on vehicle registration and driver's licensing services. The Team Leader will oversee a team of six employees, handling core administrative duties such as registering, de-registering, and re-registering motor vehicles, issuing temporary license plates, and managing the extension of specialized red license plates, including logbook verification. Furthermore, the role involves processing applications for the initial issuance or expansion of driving licenses, managing supervised driving for 17-year-olds, and license exchanges. The ideal candidate requires a background in non-technical administrative services, strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in standard office software to manage customer inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the intermediate non-technical administrative service, or as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellter), or comparable training with a minimum duration of three years

Experience

  • Leadership experience required (Leading a team of 6 employees)
  • Professional experience in handling legal matters and applying laws
  • Professional experience in vehicle registration and driver's licensing administration
