Job Summary

This role is for a System Engineer specializing in military aviation, focusing on safety-critical inertial systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the creation, updating, and management of comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and test reports. A core function is the planning and execution of system integration, qualification, and verification tests. The engineer will also conduct simulations and detailed error analyses to continuously optimize system performance, support production teams with technical expertise, and coordinate interdisciplinary sub-projects aimed at manufacturing process optimization. Furthermore, the position involves developing prototypes crucial for feasibility studies. Key qualifications include a university degree in Engineering (e.g., Physics, Electrical Engineering), knowledge of critical safety standards like RTCA DO-254 and DO-178, and initial professional experience in System Engineering and Sensor Technology. Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory, particularly for technical documentation creation.
