Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of seven professionals responsible for the OPEN/PROSOZ system administration and IT security within the Social Affairs and Participation Department of the City of Stuttgart. The successful candidate will support the section management, establish IT data security protocols for the OPEN/PROSOZ system, and manage its parameterization for various social welfare laws (SGB XII, SGB IX, AsylbLG). Key responsibilities also include conducting software tests for new program versions, managing errors, generating reports and legal statistics, and creating work instructions. This position requires independent IT project leadership and serving as a primary contact for users via hotline and ticketing system.
