Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated professional to join the Social Affairs and Participation Office of the City of Stuttgart, leading a team of seven in OPEN/PROSOZ system administration and IT security. Day-to-day, the individual will support the section management, establish IT data security protocols for the OPEN/PROSOZ system, and manage its parametrization for social welfare laws (SGB XII, SGB IX, AsylbLG). They will also conduct software tests, manage errors, create reports and work instructions, and lead IT projects. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Public Management or Social Economics, or a degree as a Public Administration Specialist, or a university/technical college degree with several years of professional experience in the described function, or a completed apprenticeship as an IT Management Assistant with relevant professional experience.
