Job Summary

This is a fixed-term, full-time Postdoctoral Researcher position focused on leading the hardware development and integration of the scintillating-fibre (SciFi) component of the Mighty Tracker for the LHCb Upgrade II program at CERN. The role involves extensive technical leadership, including developing and maintaining readout, firmware, and Data Acquisition (DAQ) interfaces in collaboration with international partner institutes. The successful candidate will coordinate the production and testing of readout electronics, fibre modules, and cooling mechanics, while also overseeing laboratory work on detector assembly and system performance characterization.
