Job Summary

This Senior Embedded Hardware Development Engineer role focuses on the development and optimization of hardware for controlling power electronics within drive systems, specifically for the marine industry. Key responsibilities include the autonomous selection and development of control topologies, designing and debugging HW/SW for innovative electric drives, and implementing FPGA programming using the Xilinx platform. The engineer will also be responsible for designing PCBs for inverters to the highest EMC and IPC standards, and participating in system tests and commissioning. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electronics, Automation, or Cybernetics, coupled with extensive professional experience in embedded system hardware design within an industrial context. Proficiency with Altium Designer, Xilinx Zynq architecture, and Texas Instruments C2000 DSP is required, alongside fluency in both German and English.
