Job Summary

As a Quality Management Representative (QMB), you will serve as the central point of contact for ensuring and continuously improving quality processes within the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and maintaining the process landscape according to ISO 9001, particularly following structural changes in procurement. You will coordinate and monitor supplier audits, perform root cause analyses for quality deviations, and implement preventive measures. Working closely with local and global departments, you will facilitate knowledge exchange and moderate quality control loops. A unique aspect of this role is representing the Supplier Quality Engineering and Procurement departments during internal, customer, and certification audits (such as DNV). You will also handle specialized customer requirements beyond standard ISO 9001, such as nuclear or client-specific specifications, while integrating supplier feedback into the early stages of product development. This position offers the chance to drive decarbonization efforts within a global energy technology leader.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in an engineering or technical field of study. Additional certification as a Quality Management Representative (QMB) is desirable.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in quality management or procurement
  • Proven experience in moderating quality control loops and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience in planning, conducting, and following up on supplier audits
  • Practical experience with SAP modules MM and QM
  • Experience representing organizations in internal and external certification audits (e.g., DNV)
