Job Summary

This role as a Compliance Specialist, offered within a globally active pharmaceutical company, focuses on coordinating critical cross-functional compliance activities. Day-to-day tasks involve managing and coordinating Change Controls and Material Qualifications, specifically for packaging materials and disposables. You will act as the key communication point and subject matter expert during internal and external audits, inspections, and supplier inquiries, requiring effective decision presentation and finding solutions in both German and English. A core responsibility is coordinating the creation and processing of cross-departmental regulations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and deviations. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in natural sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biotechnology) with initial experience, or a relevant Master's degree, coupled with excellent GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) knowledge. This is a permanent position offering a flexible, hybrid work model (2-3 days remote) after initial on-site training.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology) or equivalent Master's degree; alternatively, relevant vocational training combined with extensive professional experience.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience (required with Bachelor's degree)
  • Long-term professional experience in the manufacturing of sterile medicinal products (required with vocational training)
