Job Summary

This Scientist role, situated within the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) division of a global pharmaceutical company, centers on managing and executing downstream work packages for process transfer and life cycle projects. The professional will be responsible for critical troubleshooting activities, developing and implementing drug substance manufacturing concepts, and ensuring regulatory documentation is prepared accurately for filings and stakeholder reporting. The successful candidate must possess a PhD with initial experience or a Master's degree with several years of industrial expertise, preferably in Biotechnology or Chemistry. Strong technical knowledge in downstream processing, mammalian cell processes, scale-up/scale-down methodologies, Design of Experiments (DoE), and statistical approaches is essential. This position offers the opportunity to act as a Subject Matter Expert, drive scientific decisions, and collaborate internationally, making it ideal for a highly organized professional with strong project management skills and fluent English communication abilities.
