Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Specialist to join an internationally successful pharmaceutical company in Upper Swabia on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The specialist will primarily manage and coordinate cross-departmental Change Controls and Material Qualifications, specifically focusing on packaging materials and disposables. Key responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, coordinating the creation and processing of cross-departmental regulations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and deviations. The ideal candidate possesses a scientific background (Bachelor's with experience or Master's in Chemistry, Biotech, etc.) and strong GMP knowledge. Success in this position requires excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and the ability to communicate and present decisions effectively in both German and English during audits, inspections, and supplier inquiries. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 2-3 days of remote work flexibility after the initial on-site training.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Technology, or relevant vocational training

Experience

  • First professional experience (for Bachelor's degree holders) or relevant long-term professional experience (for vocational training holders) in the manufacturing of sterile pharmaceuticals
  • Professional experience in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology)
