Job Summary

This role involves working immediately as a Color Laboratory Technician within a successful, second-generation family-owned manufacturing company, BÖ-LA, whose products are used daily in automotive, household, and medical sectors. The position is ideal for candidates with a background as a chemical laboratory assistant, painter, or printing media technologist, or even career changers with relevant experience in colors and lacquers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing precise color shades based on customer samples, conducting color approvals for production print sheets using spectrophotometry and visual assessment, and performing release tests for properties like gloss, resistance, and layer thickness. The technician will also manage the color storage inventory, including printing inks, lacquers, and additives, and initiate corrective measures for deviations in color, viscosity, or print quality. This position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to work in a multi-shift system, offering a stable, innovative environment within a company known for its long-term employee retention.
