Job Summary

Join a successful, second-generation family company specializing in surface technology products for the automotive, medical, and household sectors as a Color Laboratory Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the precise development of color shades based on customer templates and color fans. Day-to-day tasks involve performing color approval of printed sheets using both spectrophotometers and visual assessment, alongside conducting critical quality checks for parameters like gloss level, layer thickness, and resistance. A key part of the job is initiating corrective measures when deviations occur in color shade, viscosity, or print image. Furthermore, you will manage the organization and inventory control of printing inks, varnishes, and additives in the color storage area. Candidates should possess formal training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Painter/Coater, or relevant professional experience in the field of colors and varnishes, coupled with strong organizational skills and a willingness to work in a multi-shift operation.
