This role is central to driving the AI transformation within the BMW Group, focusing specifically on Generative AI applications. The Junior AI Strategist will be responsible for identifying areas where Generative AI can deliver significant value across business processes and customer experiences, prioritizing these initiatives in collaboration with specialized departments. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting departments from conceptual idea generation through to the implementation of concrete solutions, working hands-on in cross-functional teams on pilot applications, and assessing their scalability. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Computer Science or Business Informatics with an AI focus, technical knowledge of IT architecture and data flows, and initial practical experience in stakeholder management and consulting.
