As a Senior AI Software Engineer at BMW Group, you will be at the forefront of transforming the software development lifecycle through artificial intelligence. You will evaluate cutting-edge tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and agentic workflows to determine their practical value for professional engineering. Beyond technical implementation, you will lead context engineering strategies and foster a community of practice through hackathons and workshops.
