Job Summary

This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong affinity for IT and data, seeking a challenging interface position between Finance and IT, focusing on regulatory reporting systems. The core mission involves the technical and functional management of the BAIS (Banking Supervisory Information System) application, particularly for FinRep and emerging ESG reporting requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing data, interfaces, and permissions according to documentation standards (DoIT), driving change management for system enhancements, and translating data integration requirements into robust functional data models to ensure auditable data flows. The successful candidate will also contribute to the modernization of the bank's control architecture through the "KOPERNIKUS" project. This position requires proven professional experience in finance, accounting, or an IT-adjacent field, coupled with knowledge of BAIS or regulatory reporting, and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
