Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT professional to manage and operate innovative software systems focused on automated document intake, management, and archiving within a large enterprise environment. Utilizing AI-based tools like smart FIX, you will ensure documents are categorized, extracted, and validated regardless of channel or format. Core responsibilities include planning and executing system changes, managing release cycles, coordinating complex testing across various units, and documenting processes. You will also serve as a key consultant, supporting business units and IT competence centers in analyzing and designing solutions for mail intake, electronic archiving, and e-files. Key qualifications include a background in IT operations, expertise in document digitization, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders. The position also involves taking on technical project leadership for new initiatives, such as the introduction of e-invoicing creation.

Completed IT technical training or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience operating IT systems in large companies (especially smart FIX)
  • Experience in steering and coordinating involved service providers
  • Professional experience in planning and conducting change and release cycles
  • Experience in technical project leadership (e.g., e-invoicing introduction)
