Job Summary
This role seeks a highly motivated and structured IT Support Specialist to join the Regional Association Köln/Leverkusen/Rhein-Erft on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis (starting from 20 hours/week). The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT systems across regional locations, acting as the primary Fieldservice contact. Key daily tasks include installing and maintaining hardware and software, managing user and license administration, and providing essential 2nd-Level-Support and training to regional staff. Success in this position requires solid technical expertise in Windows Server systems, network infrastructure (including VPN, MPLS, and Firewall technology), and domain management.
