This crucial role seeks an IT Administration and Support Specialist to manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, providing essential 1st and 2nd level support. Day-to-day tasks include detailed documentation, comprehensive license management, and close collaboration with internal IT units. A core function involves planning and executing IT projects, focusing on gathering requirements, designing solutions, and integrating them into the existing system landscape. Furthermore, the specialist will administer and develop various facility and building technology services (e.g., locking systems), including minor maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate must possess several years of experience in system administration, strong familiarity with VMware and Microsoft server environments, and expertise in network technologies (Switching, Routing, VLAN).
