This role involves the comprehensive configuration, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. The specialist will monitor performance, availability, and security of M365 environments, troubleshoot issues independently, and provide expert customer consultation, developing concepts and documentation.
