Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Process Engineer focused on optimizing manufacturing workflows and ensuring smooth production operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining work instructions, production aids, and concept documentation. A core function involves conducting detailed process and time analyses to pinpoint areas for enhancement, followed by the optimization and further development of existing manufacturing processes. The engineer will also analyze project-specific changes and modifications, providing essential support to the production floor. Candidates should possess a technical qualification (such as a certified technician degree), initial experience in production planning, and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and CATIA. Fluency in German and very good written and spoken English skills are required to succeed in this dynamic environment.
