Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the continuous availability and high reliability of battery products throughout the warranty and service periods. The Service Technician will optimize customer satisfaction by providing first-class service and support, while actively contributing to the design and improvement of future battery systems. Key daily tasks include performing maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs, and addressing fault reports on battery systems. The role also requires generating detailed reports on repairs and warranty deployments, commissioning prototypes and series batteries in the production facility, and assisting the team with technical analysis and problem-solving. Candidates should possess a background in electronics or electrical engineering, strong knowledge of battery technology, and fluency in German with good English skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Electronics Technician or comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a State-Certified Electrical Engineering Technician
