Master's degree or university diploma in Computer Science, Electrical and Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering (with an engineering focus in the aforementioned areas), Mathematics, or Physics.

• Professional experience in concept development for innovative ideas and projects
• Professional experience in initiating, implementing, and supporting research projects
• Professional experience in identifying, evaluating, and utilizing innovations
• Professional experience in testing, approvals, and project acceptance
• Professional experience in developing application software for HPC systems (especially parallel/distributed computing)
• Professional experience with modern, higher-level programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python)
• Professional experience with modern IT architecture and technologies (e.g., Cloud, Data Storage)
• Professional experience with IT security procedures

• German citizenship required. Willingness to undergo an extended security clearance (Ü3) based on the Security Clearance Act (SÜG). Willingness to travel for business. Willingness to continuously educate and train oneself. Ability to quickly and independently learn new subject areas and tasks. Ability to lead employees.
