Job Summary

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with a background in electrical or mechatronics engineering who is eager to connect people and technology. As a Technical Supporter, you will manage technical inquiries, handle order processing for domestic and international service measures, and take responsibility for invoicing and documentation. A key part of the job involves direct telephone contact with customers, creating and following up on quotes for assembly assignments, and developing service recommendations. You will be expected to find professional solutions for clients, including exploring technical and scheduling alternatives. This position offers the opportunity to apply your technical fundamentals, especially in electrical building installation, and utilize your knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office to drive technological advancements for major clients.
