Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician for Point-of-Care (POC) systems, you will join the Pharma and Life Science division to drive the development of diagnostic assays. Your daily responsibilities involve the independent execution of complex experimental programs and individual tests. You will systematically evaluate how various raw materials, formulations, and experimental setups impact assay performance. Beyond technical execution, you are responsible for the independent planning of experiments in compliance with regulatory requirements and the professional coordination of activities within and outside your working group. This role is highly analytical, requiring you to document, evaluate, and present results in project meetings and formal reports.
