Job Summary

This role involves supporting and optimizing critical IT infrastructures, focusing heavily on process control technology within industrial settings. The IT Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification of productive process control systems, alongside the installation, commissioning, and migration of complex industrial plants and systems. Key responsibilities include detailed fault analysis and documentation across Microsoft Windows environments, networks, and process control systems. The technician acts as the primary technical interface, providing competent support to clients throughout the system lifecycle. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent professional experience in process control technology or electrical engineering, coupled with strong hardware knowledge, including practical experience with control cabinets and computer hardware. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with a valid driver's license, to ensure effective, goal-oriented, and independent work.
