Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support for multifunction systems, copiers, printers, and fax machines, covering everything from installation and network integration to routine maintenance and repair. Day-to-day tasks include performing on-site servicing, conducting product training for customers, handling telephone support, and preparing used equipment. The ideal candidate should possess a background in office information electronics or a comparable technical field, coupled with strong mechanical and electromechanical knowledge. Experience with digital printing technology, network integration, and color management is highly desirable, particularly familiarity with Konica Minolta products.
