This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician, suitable even for career changers with relevant foundational skills, to join a professional team, potentially on a full-time or part-time basis. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the comprehensive maintenance, repair, installation, and network integration of various multifunction systems, including copiers, printers, and fax machines (both color and black/white). You will also provide essential product instruction to customers, offer telephone support, and manage the refurbishment of used equipment and warehouse operations. Key qualifications include a background in Office Information Electronics or comparable technical training, strong mechanical and electromechanical knowledge, and proficiency in PC skills, particularly within the Windows environment. Experience with network integration of digital printing systems and color management is highly desirable. Candidates must possess a Class B driver's license, demonstrate a service-oriented mindset, and be committed to continuous professional development.
