Job Summary

This role supports an internationally active technology group in Erlangen, focusing on the technical setup, configuration, and commissioning of critical emergency call and service control center systems. The specialist will be responsible for the continuous administration, monitoring, and maintenance of these complex IT and control center environments. Key daily tasks include conducting thorough system tests, performing fault analysis during technical malfunctions, updating master data across various IT systems, and creating essential technical documentation and training materials. Additionally, the role involves handling, evaluating, and logging fault reports before escalating them to service technicians. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, paired with a strong technical understanding, a service-oriented approach, and fluent German skills.
