Job Summary

This specialized role requires a Hardware Engineer to focus on safety control technology within the engineering and power plant construction sector. The core responsibility involves creating detailed manufacturing documentation for control cabinets, ensuring precise implementation based on qualified hardware platforms. Day-to-day tasks include performing complex calculations of critical electrical parameters, such as current consumption, power loss, voltage drop, and temperature estimates associated with the control cabinets. The engineer will also be responsible for managing all created documentation using a dedicated document management system. Crucially, the role demands close coordination and technical support during the manufacturing, testing field, and commissioning phases to ensure accurate customer documentation is produced. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, initial professional experience, and demonstrate fluency in both German and English. This position offers a long-term assignment in Erlangen with a potential for permanent takeover by a highly reputable client.
