Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Electrical Engineering or a comparable degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering; OR State-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering (specialization: Power Engineering) with proven abilities and equivalent experience; OR Qualifications in specific vocational training professions with equivalent experience to a Bachelor's/Diploma.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project leadership and construction supervision for electrical systems
  • Experience in managing new construction, extensions, and renovations
  • For state-certified technicians: at least 3.5 years of equivalent experience with proven abilities
  • For specific vocational training graduates: at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Willingness to work outside regular office hours for emergencies and planned maintenance. Ability to work at various locations within the Neukölln district, some only accessible via stairs. Willingness to mentor junior staff (apprentices, interns, dual students) if required. Must have qualifications obtained in Germany or an equivalence certificate for foreign qualifications.
