Job Summary

This role is centered within the Chief Security Office of a major bank, focusing on maintaining and evolving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to align with ISO 27001 standards. The specialist will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and updating of the central ISMS and its associated documentation, ensuring all materials required for ISO 27001 certification (such as the Statement of Applicability and bibliography) remain current. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the security document portfolio, liaising with security function authors and stakeholders, and providing essential support during internal and external audits. Key requirements include professional experience with ISMS, particularly ISO 27001, advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Word for document templates), and excellent analytical skills. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication within the global security framework.
