Job Summary

This role involves working as an IP Strategy Counsel, collaborating with Patent Attorneys and Lead IP Counsel to develop and implement Intellectual Property strategies across various Siemens businesses. The core focus is on strategic orientation, advancing IP strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, and actively shaping the strategic direction of the department. Day-to-day tasks include developing, presenting, and documenting IP strategies, conducting market, technology, and innovation analyses, and advising on IP-related matters. The successful candidate will need a master's degree in a strategic or technical field, long-term experience in strategic planning, and excellent German and English language skills.
