Job Summary

This role involves serving as an IT Administrator focused on maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure for clients, specifically those with up to 100 users, with a strong emphasis on IT Baseline Protection (IT-Grundschutz). Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving on-site disruptions, implementing corrective measures, and continuously developing IT solutions. The administrator will manage system installations, conduct necessary upgrades and migrations, and collaborate with external partners to realize projects. A core part of the job is creating and updating technical documentation, policies, and user guides, alongside handling demand management. Candidates must possess a completed degree or equivalent qualification in IT, at least three years of professional experience, and deep knowledge of current IT infrastructures, including Windows Server/Client, VMware, storage systems, and network security, particularly firewalls and switch technology.
