Job Summary

This role is ideal for an engaged Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemist looking to support product development for industrial silicone applications within a renowned international chemical company in Düsseldorf-Holthausen. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and conducting formulations, planning and executing performance tests, and characterizing products. The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret experimental data, visualize results, and derive subsequent optimization steps. A key focus is supporting the improvement of product performance and end-use application, including identifying and implementing new technologies. Success in this position requires a Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, desirable laboratory experience in formulation or analytics, and fluent English skills for essential international reporting and documentation, particularly for communication with the Henkel Italy team.
